This was a pretty good hefeweizen. It is very banana like in flavor and aroma and is very light and mild in all flavor respects. It is not toward the clove end of the hefeweizen spectrum, which is the extreme I gravitate toward. This is good for fans of mild, fruity and creamy hefeweizens.

Good frothy head on a misty orange pour ,good carbonation.Aroma sweet wheat, raw sugar, honey note.Flavour as sweet as I thought it might be with the aroma, brown sugar and mild honey taste, the more I drink the better the flavour.Finish, sweetness of wheat, thirst quenching.

Draft. Honey colored, with some yeast bodies. Nice Head. Lots of clean wheat malt in the nose, lightly hazy with a notable absence of esters or spice. Fruitier to the taste, light banana, and apricot there. It’s a pleasant, straightforward weisse.

Bottled 50cl. 5.4 ABV. It pours a beautiful orange beer with a white head. The nose is of banana, oranges and lemon. accompanied by olive oil and a musty characteristic. A hint of nutmeg. The taste is mainly of cloves and banana. Acidic. Nutmeg showing up. Marzipan and caramel. Poor lacing. Deeply pleasant finish with a lot of cloves and white bread appearing.

Cloudy orange color, fluffy white head. A bit spicy phenolic, also banana estery, scent. Clear banana ester, sweet malty taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle (50 cl) at Marcus Bräu, Berlin. Cloudy amber, medium off-white head. Fruity aroma with banans and strawberries, along with earthy and yeasty notes. Spritzy carbonation. Initially sweet, but with a dry finish. A good Hefeweizen.
