0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in Nagykanizsa (thanks!)<br /> Poured a lovely murky orange body with a big, thick creamy white head that went away slowly. Definitely a good looking hefeweizen. Perfumey cloves in the nose, almost gluey, with some lemon. Chalky sweet clovey taste, light notes of caramel and agrumes. Superb mouthfeel, soft yet biting, the best thing about this one. Very light bitterness, some wood. A tasty, different wheat and a worthy no. 999.

Dec 25, 2008 Bottle. Deep orangey coloured, mid-sized fluffy off-white head, that quickly diminishes into a small. stable layer. Moderate sweetish-fruity - bananas and lemons - with shy yeasty and wheaty undertones plus a tinge of toasted malt. Moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied. Citrousy and caramelly traces in the sweet and slightly tart finish. Gorgeous Weizen.........

Dec 7, 2008 Draught at White Horse, Parsons Green, London, 22 Nov 2008. Cloudy reddish brown/yellow colour with firm off-white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of banana, chocolate and mashed apples. Malty, wheaty taste with banana, wheat-flour dough and apples. Mild spices. Medium body, creamy and smooth mouthfeel. In short: tasty and smooth hefeweizen with banana and apples.

Oct 7, 2008 Draught. A hazy golden colored beer, with a nice thick foamy head. The aroma of malts and fruits, like orange and bananas. The taste is smooth. It has fruits like orange, banana and fresh citrus. it has a gentle bitter aftertaste.
