Doggythedog (1092), Split, Croatia Sep 22, 2008 0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in Nagykanizsa (thanks!)<br /> Poured a lovely murky orange body with a big, thick creamy white head that went away slowly. Definitely a good looking hefeweizen. Perfumey cloves in the nose, almost gluey, with some lemon. Chalky sweet clovey taste, light notes of caramel and agrumes. Superb mouthfeel, soft yet biting, the best thing about this one. Very light bitterness, some wood. A tasty, different wheat and a worthy no. 999.
