Oct 3, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) This really is a Hefe with it’s own character and personality. Almost reddish brown in colour with a tall and handsome head. Vinous, slightly vinegary tartness in the nose. Typical fresh fruitiness with a soft, wheaty touch. An interesting Hefe. 180101

Jan 31, 2008 50 cL bottle, thanks to sk8viking. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white head. Mild fruity and slight caramel malty aroma. Flavour is lightly spiced and with a solid wheat note. Not too overly on the banana and bubblegum notes. Nice fresh fruity/wheaty and mellow finish.

Dec 10, 2006 Bottled. Hazy golden/brown colour, big head. Aroma is wheat, banaanish malts and hops. Complete andf full aroma for a hefeweizen. Flavour is banana, wheat, malts, slight hops and caramel. Very welldone beer in all ways. Excellent for it’s style.
