Aug 25, 2008 Poured a hazy white with a two finger creamy white head. The nose was sweet, Belgian, yeasty, white pepper, phenolic, alcohol, curacao. The flavor was spicy, warming, fruity, white pepper, yeasty. Nice Belgian influence. The palate was very nice, very large prominent carbonation. Alcohol became very hot.

Aug 21, 2008 The aroma is honey-like and malty with yeast, fruit, and hops. The appearance is deep gold with a very large head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall very refreshing.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle. Hazy yellow/orange beer, white head. Aroma of perfume, hops, yeast, fruits and a bit poo. Flavour is very subtle but strong, perfume, hoppy, yeast, fruity. Sweet and bitter. Alcohol is very well hidden. Excellent brew.

Aug 19, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a very large long lasting white head that leaves great lacing. Aroma of apples, spicy yeast, and citrus. Taste is the same as aroma with a hint of honey and spicy hops. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness and warm but never hot alcohol. Good.

Aug 15, 2008 Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev, jerc & garthicus -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy gold with lots of floaties and an average size diminishing fluffy white head. Nice yeasty & citrusy aroma along with some light sweetness, fruit, spices and caramel. Yeasty flavour, quite tasty, with some sugary sweetness, sweet malt, a touch of alcohol and some bitterness. Average bodied. Pretty good stuff, I really liked it.
