Nov 15, 2007 Big fluffy near-white head over an unclear yellow body. Belgo-yeast and sweet/acidic fruits in the aroma. Sweet fruit flavors. Also spice and alcohol with a noteable bitterness in the background. Medium body. Thick mouthfeel. Alcohol-heat in the finish. Very nice. (Bottle @ RBNAG’07)

Nov 12, 2007 750ml bottle-pours a big foamy white head and hazy gold color with effervescence. Aroma is perfumy, floral/grassy (saaz?), fruit-peach, some yeast. Taste is perfumy, floral/grassy/spice (saaz)-hops, malty, fruit-peach, some yeast. OK carbonation. Thanks jwc215 for sharing.

Nov 8, 2007 Hazy golden, fairly large head, good lacing and retention. Aroma is lighter fruits, yeast, a touch of pepper and sweet pale malts. Medium bodied, quite drinkable, light heat and sweetness.

Nov 7, 2007 Bottle, 25. cl. Golden, cloudy, some sediment, rocky head, white foam that is mostly disappearing. Has a medium sticky body, is lively and has a long bitter and spiced finish. Aroma of herbs, hops, citrus and cereal. The flavor is dominated by medium sweetness, medium bitterness and lightly sour.

Nov 6, 2007 Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. ABV was 10%. Pale golden colour, fluffy white head. Surprisingly moderate aroma, slightly spicy. Fruity and spicy flavour, pleasant to drink, the ABV is well hidden, well balanced.
