Oct 17, 2007 Hazy orange with sediments and medium head. Sweet yeasty aroma with fruits. Flavor is malty, sweet, yeasty with corriander and apricot. Finishes of dry. Pleasant.

Oct 14, 2007 Courtesy Beandip. Pours a cloudy orange, with a small white head. Smells of big Belgian yeast, citrus fruit, and sweet malts. Very Belgian smelling. The flavor was pretty sweet, very malty, some orange citrus was there as well. The mouthfeel was syrupy and almost sticky in its texture. The alcohol was masked quite profiiently as well, I didnt get a huge alcohol presence at all. Pretty decent brew.

Oct 13, 2007 Bottle shared at Oak Cafe: Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Aroma, fruits, yeasty and bready with some spice in the background. Flavor, yeasty, bready malts, some spices, doughy with some light fruits.

Oct 11, 2007 Smells like apples. Juicy and crisp. Good stuff, crisp and biting, it has a sweet flavor, but one that goes down smoothly. Eminently enjoyable!

Oct 7, 2007 Bottle. Pours with a nice hazy golden yellow color and a light head. Highly carbonated, almost fizzy but in a good way. Somewhat lighter body but great flavors of bubblegum, banana, bread, some peperrines and a bit of alcohol heat. Quite good.

Oct 6, 2007 12oz bottle. Aroma is sweet and fruity with notes of yeast and alcohol. Pale orange amber and hazy with a huge white rocky head that left decent lacing. Sweet complex flavor with a slight bitter medium finish. Full bodied. Very good beer and I’m not a fan of the style. Sweet honey notes and an earthy undertone that hide a huge 10% ABV very well. I will probably age the rest but would recommend either way.

Sep 30, 2007 Cloudy, light tangerine color, and frothy, but very over-carbonated. Strong yeasty aroma with alcohol fairly well masked considering it comes in at 10%. Rather cloying. Not there yet, could profit from aging and perhaps develop further.
