750 ml. Belgian bottle. Corked & caged. Best before 01/18/09. Poured out a hazy, straw yellow color, with a huge white head. The head is meringue like, stiff & fluffy. Aromas are of acidic malt, cherries, spices. Flavors are of spices, cherries, lactic acid, slight Brett qualities also. Medium body & mouthfeel. Spicy, tangy finish to it. Decent beer overall, but a little too lemony for my tastes.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a big lively and creamish white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, spices and alcohol. Good champagne mouthfeel. The flavour has spices and banana, wheat, yeast, malt, alcohol and a pleasant bitterness. Good bit spiced bitter finish.

Hazy gold color with a nice sized, frothy white head. Lemony, yeasty aroma with hay/grass and very light spice. Nice big carbonation with substantial body. Very warming initially, with honey-like sweetness. Towards the middle, some bread and yeast become evident. Finishes with spice, banana and while the alcohol is warming, it’s not distracting at all. Nice!

12-oz. Pours crystal clear golden with a towering, sudsy platinum blonde head. Big lemon and grass nose, a little bit of green apple there. Medium body, tingly carb. Lots of bread on the mid-palate, along with those lemon and grass notes. Bitter coriander finish. Lovely stuff.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a active white head. Aroma is very nice with lots of fruits like apple, lemon and banana. Flavor is very rich with lots of carbonation. Lots of lemon and hops with some spice and honey. A very tasty ale from Belgium.
