Bottle: Hazy blonde, light head and lacing. Nose of faint yeast and some tart zesty hop notes. The majority is the pilsner malt and citrusy anise and hop. The flavor is clean, nice and zesty. Clean belgian.

Pour is hazed yellow with a thin white head...musty nose...some cobwebs and sweetness and lots of yeast...very carbonated and alcohol is very apparent...

Powerful honneylike aroma. Unclear yellow colour with lots of sediment. Huge lasting white head. Spicy, warming taste but is way to alcohol-dominated for me. A beer that tries to hard and goes over the top.

Bottle at home. Yellow colored ale. Sweet and quite spicy. Strong alcohol level but works somehow. Enjoyable.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Golden yellow/orange colour with a huge, but brief, white head. Slightly hazy. Fruity nose with distinct notes of apricots, mandarin and spicy hops. Fruity taste as well, with apricots, citrus, oranges and a hint of marzipan. Huge and powerful taste with a serious dose of spicy, peppery hops in the finish. Full bodied. Obviously there is some sweetness but overall the hops dominate, turning the finish into a rather dryish pleasant joy. A real beauty.

Bottle. Coludy yellow colour with a white head. Fruity, spciy and yeast aroma. Hops and coriander flavour and much alcohol.

Bottled "Malheur 10 Millennium 2000", vintage 2004 - or at least cork says 2004 (BB 01/2007). Hazy yellow, floating yeast, decent white head. Aroma has lemon, honey, pepper, cork and alcohol (vodka). Very carbonated mouthfeel. Bitter and with alcohol burn. Some honey-fruity notes in the finish. Similar to Malheur Bière Brut (Reserve) but not as sophisticated, more simple and just too powerfully alcoholic.

pale yellow with a decent head. Aroma is slightly peppery, some hops, some skunk. Taste has a lot of alcahol burn, some floral notes, malts, pepper.... very overrated brew, decent and drinkable, nothing above that
