Feb 22, 2009 Bottle, sampled at Woodshop Quad. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Big sweet and sharp aroma, of malt, pine, and citrus. Big sweet taste, of malt, caramel, and pine. Lingering clean sweetness. Nice.

Feb 22, 2009 Bottle, thanks to akevitt for sharing. Pours a yellow-orange body with white foam head. Tons of sediment in the pour. Aroma of belgian malts, clove, citrus, and pear or green apple. Flavor is similar, although sweeter with more orange citrus and honey flavors. Medium bodied with a smooth, lightly oily mouthfeel.

Jan 29, 2009 Strong fruity aromas with a sweet malty aroma. Golden beautiful slightly hazy color with a luscious thick creamy head. Fruity peach aromas. Nice taste of fruitiness with some sourness.

Jan 28, 2009 750 ml bottle. A cloudy light amber, deep golden beer with a huge and persistent white head. The aroma is nicely hoppy and malty with notes of pepper, citric fruits, grass and some fruitiness. Quite complex and lightly alcoholic aroma. The flavour is very sweet but harmonious, with a peppery spiciness and again citric fruits. There is also a light acidity. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with medium bitterness and not much alcohol. Nice and very drinkable for its strenght and at the same time enough warming.

Dec 31, 2008 Bottle. The light smell of yeast, a little bit sweet, a rather light aroma for a beer with 10 % ABV. It has a rather small white creamy head with a normal duration. The body is cloudy and orange. The first taste is light bitter, then it gets a little bit more sour and fruity with a quite long duration. The body is medium, dry and fizzy with a lot of carbonation.
