Dec 31, 2008 Bottle. The light smell of yeast, a little bit sweet, a rather light aroma for a beer with 10 % ABV. It has a rather small white creamy head with a normal duration. The body is cloudy and orange. The first taste is light bitter, then it gets a little bit more sour and fruity with a quite long duration. The body is medium, dry and fizzy with a lot of carbonation. Golden body with a nice head.
Nice, sweet taste with fruit evident. Nice strong taste. Very full bodied.
Would definitely recommend this and have it again.

Charlottesville, VA. Best by 03.10.09. Pours a hazy peach color
with a medium fizzy head. Average head retention and lacing.
Fruity and syrupy aroma with pear, peach and hop notes. Taste is
strong candi sugar and cotton candy. Some spice and fruity notes
as well. Alcohol warmth in the finish. Full bodied and slightly
chewy.

Dec 23, 2008 First try at Hope & Olive in Greenfield MA. Didnt know anything about it other than it was a Belgian Ale. The staff didnt have a clue, but what a treat it turned out to be! Almost like a more zesty cousin of La Fin Du Monde, or an extra spicy relative of Duvel. They now carry this at Ryan & Caseys. Grab one now.

Dec 23, 2008 I could hardly get the cork out of this thing and when i did, this thing gave me a lot of head. LOL. Poured out a golden color with all grades of stuff floating around. looks pretty disgusting. flavor was actually rather pleasant, but as it warm the alcohol showed its ugly face. Over all not a bad beer at all.

Dec 22, 2008 Hazy golden-orange color with a thick frothy white head. The head lingers for a good 5 minutes. A very rich and fruity aroma. The flavor is similar to the aroma, sweet, rich, and bubbly. Hoppy after-taste. A very crisp beer that is refreshing to say the least.
