Hazy straw colored, white head. Aroma of alcohol and honey. Malty taste with some bitterness. Sneaks up on you.

Bottle shared by bellportbeer. Pours a hazy gold with a long-lasting moderate white head that laced the glass very nicely. An incredible amount of floaties in this beer that seem to hang as if in suspended animation. Pleasant aroma of citrus, apples and sugar. The flavor is similar and is fairly sweet. Fairly strong alcohol burn at the finish.

Hazy gold pour decent lasting head. Nose is yeasty and sweet candied fruit with spices. Tastes exactly like it smells with a slightly thick chewy mouth feel. 11.2 oz bottle at $3.49. Decent brew

Corked bottle picked up at Whole Foods, San Diego. Pours a slightly hazy golden/straw looking color, with a small white head. Aroma is dry and a little bit fruity. Some grain is noticeable as well. Very dry flavor up front with a little bit of fruit. Some sweetness follows. Finish seems to be somewhat spiced with a light hint of bitterness. The alcohol is very well hidden.

"Ok, bought this 11.2 oz brown bottle beer at my local bottle shop for an affordable amount, $3.95, never saw it before. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Good visible sparkling carbonation appears within. Gunk on bottom promotes a hypnotizing swirling show in the glass towards the end of the bottle. Pretty large creamy head even with a gentle pour. Sweet aroma and not alarmingly volatile for a 10% beer. Starts off friendly then evolves to a more strong taste. Fairly strapping alky bite but it’s tempered with a goodly amount of welcomed carbonation on the palate. You’d never think this was 10%. Makes this beer pretty interesting and I don’t like to be bothered with higher alky beers. Goes down fairly easy and is much more agreeable than many of the tuffer beers I’ve tasted. The taste progression is first kind, then alky impact builds and finally it levels off to an agreeable friend. Finish is non-assuming and not appalling for such a strong brew. Impressed with this 10% brew. Perhaps it’s my state of mind today. S6L4T4F3012"

courtesy of keifdog. Pours hazy golden. Aroma, yeasty, grainy, close to honeyish. Taste was fruity, with the yeast notes reminiscent of many Belgian ales. Some nice sweet honey, with touch of fruit (apple). Alcohol is well present, beer remains highly enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours blond with a white head. Very much alcohol upfront in the aroma. Otherwise nothing too special.

Pours a hazy gold with a decent size off white head. Aroma of citrus, floral, candy sugar. Nice sweetness, but not overly sweet.
