Beautiful appearance. Nice corriander nose as well as flavor. This seems to be a BIG Tripel instead of a Belgian Strong Ale as described above and BIG it is. I’d say this is well drinkable but would be better and more flavors would be revealed if the alcohol flavor weren’t so upfront. I had a tough time picking up all the flavors due to the alcohol so this one is tough to describe in a lot of detail; nevertheless, I enjoyed the brew.

Sweet, pear-like notes, syrupy texture and unusually hoppy scent for the style. Tasty and comforting. Nicely done.

pale yellow with a decent head. Aroma is slightly peppery, some hops, some skunk. Taste has a lot of alcahol burn, some floral notes, malts, pepper.... very overrated brew, decent and drinkable, nothing above that

High frothy, creamy head on a dark gold body. Strong aroma with fruity hints, very malty. Strong and sufficiently itter. A very good brew for those who like strong beer.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head that sticks around and some lacing. Aroma is a nice apricot and spice, along with floral hops and some alcohol. Taste is citrus and peach over a light malt with a mouth puckering bitter and dry finish. Alcohol is present in the finish. Crisp and smooth, medium body, with medium carbonation.

Very strong and good tasting beer. Aromas of malt, spices, phenols, fruits, yeast and rhubarb. Same goes for it’s flavour. Alc. is evident. Full bodied. Somewhat difficult but nice beer.

Cloudy blond with quite some gunk from the bottle. Has an aroma of wet wood, musty and dry. Dry flavour that is overpowered by a strong flavour of alcohol. There’s a chemical smell and taste to this beer drawn mailny from the alcohol dominance.
