Golden colour, sweet middle and dry finish. Rich, complex belgian beer. A little young when I had it and lacked integration of it's flavours.

Small bottle:Aroma totally different.Straight hops. Flavors are similar but hops more present which balances the beer more. BB:26 05 02:750ml Third tasting of this batch.AMAZING! Appearance golden, and hazy with a big bubbled head that turns into a cream pillow.Flavors above the norm even for Belgians. Huge flavors displaying sugar, honey, caramel, apples. The grassy, dry finish evolves to a mango-fruitiness with slight spicy alcohol of a finish.Where are the ratings? This has been around for two years in the US!!

Bottle, sampled at Woodshop Quad. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Big sweet and sharp aroma, of malt, pine, and citrus. Big sweet taste, of malt, caramel, and pine. Lingering clean sweetness. Nice.

Bright, fruity aroma, light clove-like phenolics, mild graininess.Slightly hazy pale golden color, big, long-lasting white head. Crisp flavor, nice balance of fruitiness and light malt, a little spicy from the yeast profile. Medium-light body, very high carbonation, dry finish; very drinkable, if you don’t mind a few burps. A really nice Belgian blonde that I would classify as a classic example of the style - it’s not over the top, but very enjoyable and highly drinkable.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Cloudy light orange with creamy white head. Great aroma of orange peel and apricot, yeast, toasty malt, spice, alcohol. Full body. Warming alcohol, spice and hop finish. Very good.

12oz bottle. Aroma is sweet and fruity with notes of yeast and alcohol. Pale orange amber and hazy with a huge white rocky head that left decent lacing. Sweet complex flavor with a slight bitter medium finish. Full bodied. Very good beer and I’m not a fan of the style. Sweet honey notes and an earthy undertone that hide a huge 10% ABV very well. I will probably age the rest but would recommend either way.

This is really good beer. It has nice thick head and sort of a subtle hoppiness to it.

33cl brown bottle. Pours a very dense golod color with a thick lasting white head. Early spicy character, very effervescent, alcohol notes, and pale malt flavor. Early hop presence, big carbonated mouthfeel with late alcohol fin the inish.
