Nice fruity orangey colour and significant head. Significant though not distracting carbonation. Yeasty aroma. Pleasant drinking. 2000 release.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, garthicus, GregClow and jerc. Is this really from 2000? best before April 09. Incredibly murky light gold, tons of floaties, huge fluffy white head. Sweet, light aroma, green apple and yeast - floral. Taste is a little boozy, apple and grape, quite sweet, mostly balanced by floral pungency. Light body, stinging life on the tongue, quick malt finish - good, not great.

2008-03-01. Crisp yellow body with a small white ehad and some lacing. (3+) Muted sweet aroma of yeast and pale malt. (6+) Sweet flavour, pale malt, hints of honey (but not...) very light touch of alcohol. flavour is on the simple side but quite pleasant. Alcohol is quite restrained. (7+) Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied. (3+).

This corked, which was marked 12/06, and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy with floating yeast chunks softly carbonated deep orange colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was mild soft malts and mild coriander. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a distinct Belgian Strong Ale flavor. The flavor contained notes of coriander Salz hops? and vinous malt. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Bottle. Wow I thought this was a very nice experience. Huge white fizzy head which mostly lasted. Body was slightly cloudy with light particles. Hue was yellowish with a light orange glow. Aroma was quit yeasty with notes of sweat, mule, fruit and flowers. Some malty notes in the sniff as well. Aroma is somewhat different in mouth, where especially a nice liquorice note comes into play. Medium to full bodied with a warming alcoholic texture and an average carbonation. Flavour is moderated sweet with some bitter notes to balance it. Finish is nice liquorice and long lasting. Great beer!

(Bottled) Very hazy, light orange color with a medium, white, tight and pillowy, lasting and lacy head. Lemony-fruity, crisply-hopped aroma with vanilla hints. Not too sweet, but very malty, slightly acidic, crisply-hoppy flavor with some peppery witbier spiciness, and an extremely fruity, aromatic-hoppy finish. Very smoothly, slightly foamy-carbonated, full-bodied and warming palate with only a hint of alcohol. A highly enjoyable, very full-bodied, very pleasantly hopped, crisp and refreshing brew that hides the ABV excellently. Great fun! [0.75l, "Millennium 2000", bottled 2004, sampled at BBE (01/2007): Same great taste with added moldy-cellary aroma - maybe not quite as fresh, but still very nice. The cork was pretty dried up (broke in two while opening). (Original rating, 7-3-7-4-14=3.5) Lager color, hay golden after the yeast had been poured in. Medium, smooth, small-bubbled head. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Fruity, dry and bitter (hoppy) flavor. Quite carbonated, but balanced and soft. Hardly any alcohol taste. Easily drinkable multi-purpose beer with dangerous ABV. Very nice!

Unclear golden with fine lasting white head. Aroma and taste of yeast/fruits & spices. Warmth from alcohol.lively carbonation. Bubbly & sprinkly. Little sour bite from alcohol. Great lasting finish. Nice!

Bottle. Pours an orange gold body with a big white head. Lots of citrus and sweet etoh latent fruits. Peach and citrus with some floral hoppiness. Chewy etoh latent fruit to finish.
