Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a big lively and creamish white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, spices and alcohol. Good champagne mouthfeel. The flavour has spices and banana, wheat, yeast, malt, alcohol and a pleasant bitterness. Good bit spiced bitter finish.

12oz bottle. Aroma is sweet and fruity with notes of yeast and alcohol. Pale orange amber and hazy with a huge white rocky head that left decent lacing. Sweet complex flavor with a slight bitter medium finish. Full bodied. Very good beer and I’m not a fan of the style. Sweet honey notes and an earthy undertone that hide a huge 10% ABV very well. I will probably age the rest but would recommend either way.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Golden yellow/orange colour with a huge, but brief, white head. Slightly hazy. Fruity nose with distinct notes of apricots, mandarin and spicy hops. Fruity taste as well, with apricots, citrus, oranges and a hint of marzipan. Huge and powerful taste with a serious dose of spicy, peppery hops in the finish. Full bodied. Obviously there is some sweetness but overall the hops dominate, turning the finish into a rather dryish pleasant joy. A real beauty.

Hmmm. Good beer, but not as good as others in the same style. Tried it at the12 hour Belgian beer partyin Carlsbad, CA. Possibly the best beer tasting ever, with 70 bottled rare and expensive beers and 20 on draft. 7474,14:3.6 Tried again as a sample from alohaC at the Pizza Port bottle shop. A Belgian triple-ish. Some corriander in the aroma. Leans sweet. A little over carbonated. Mixed small and microbubbles. Delicious. 8,4,8,4,16:4.0 Tasted at 2008 Woodshop hosted by cquiroga. Light yellow. Medium head. Sweetish. Very nice.Aroma=8,Palate=3-4:4,Taste=8,Appear=2-3:3,Ove 4.1

Bottle, courtesy Papsoe. Pours a very cloudy, murky light caramel color, with a thin watery head and nice lacing on the glass. Aromas of rich caramel, coriander, plum, brown sugar, and sweet vanilla waft up my beak. Flavors are sweet, and have a rich feel, with plum, cantaloupe, guava, and liquidy, oozing caramel. Bright taste, sparkling mouthfeel, and the alcohol is masked well, but the beer is still a fine sipper.

Lovely aroma of malt and fruit. Moderate tight lace, but not that carbonated. Wonderful mouth feel and the blast of peach and malt are really enjoyable. Sweet but not cloyingly so. Not too many spices, just fruit, malt, and some lingering sweetness. Long enjoyable finish. I like it. 330ml bottle, which seems to be a fine presentation. No sediment. Alcohol not discernible. Quite enjoyable medium body Tripel with a fruity malty finish. Not a complex Tripel. Just an easy drinker.
