Hazy golden color with a tall off-white head. Sweet aromas of honey and light fruit. Stewed raisins and figs with a few thin slices of orange floating on top. Touch of yeast and some white pepper and vanilla. Interesting scents but I’m not being sucked in. Alcohol also creeps in as this sets in the glass for awhile. Light sweet malt in the start is met by an in rush of ripe light fruits soaked in light rum. Mild yeast and spice in the middle. Apricot really comes in the linger. I enjoy this and am thinking the sum is truly greater than the parts.

Bottle, thanks to TheBeerCellar2 for sharing: Lightly hazy pale golden pour has a well-lacing, clingy, clumpy white head. Floral sweet Belgian malty and dry aged hoppy aroma. Starts sweet with some nice Belgian yeasty character and a dry floral earthy finish, with some warming alcoholic complexity. A nice Belgian tripel.

Golden colour with a big white head. Impressive sweet, fruity (oranges), and hoppy aroma. The high ABV is a little too apparant in the flavour that ends in a very long and bitter finish.

Big thanks to TheBeerCellar2: Poured a hazy dark yellow collor with a medium mostly white head. Sweet fruity aroma that smelled like candy. Flavor matched the aroma. Sweet and fruity. Semi-dry finish. Nice and warming but well hidden alcohol.

Active upon opening, but only forms a thin head in the glass. Thick sweet aroma of citrus and spices. Hazy golden yellow like melted butter. Fruity qualities up front are replaced with a spicy bite and a rounded hoppy finish. The alcohol is not disguised but not overbearing either. Good warmer on a cold night.

750 mL, 2/01 cork; Best Before 29.03.03 (sampled 30.10.04): explosively popping cork removal, as the beer breathes before pouring a small chimney of white bubbles pokes through the top of the bottle…cloudy orange pour with a wonderfully large, full white head; creamy and tightly bubbled, regal. Wildly intense aroma that almost screams of funky Belgian hops. Sweet citrus notes, tart fruits and yeast tingle the nose. Pointed alcohol wraps up the tongue, amazing it wasn’t more evident in the aroma. After moving past the alcohol, a funky fruitiness arises and a wild funky yeast is unleashed. Bitter hops dominate the rest of the palate, flavours and finish, this one leaves me feeling warm and relaxed, but it wasn’t quite as enjoyable as I expected.

Fruity orange aroma. Nice orange color with hints of green, leggy. Taste intervalls between hops and orange. Light bitter aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle Fizzy, white head - mostly diminishing. Excellent lace. Sparkling, yellow body. Hoppy (pine) and yeasty aroma. Medium to fully bodied. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish. Some vinifar in the flavour too.
