Sep 6, 2004 Bottle Fizzy, white head - mostly diminishing. Excellent lace. Sparkling, yellow body. Hoppy (pine) and yeasty aroma. Medium to fully bodied. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish. Some vinifar in the flavour too.

Sep 13, 2002 Extremely effervescent, almost too much so as the pour becomes difficult. Nice spicy ale with a nice malty, warming finish with some sweet fruit, apricot?. Similar to the brut but perhaps a bit creamier and less crisp. Slightly darker color.

Sep 4, 2007 Gold color with a medium head. Aroma of sweet yeast. Big, chewy, bready flavor with a little coriander finish. Beautiful.

Jan 22, 2004 Dry at first, then becomes sticky, creamy and overflowing with yeast. A ton of floral notes and grassy herbs. Fizzy, perfect carbonation. Aroma is sour and funky. Soft finish. Incredible billowy head.

Dec 12, 2006 Bottle: Hazy blonde, light head and lacing. Nose of faint yeast and some tart zesty hop notes. The majority is the pilsner malt and citrusy anise and hop. The flavor is clean, nice and zesty. Clean belgian.

Jan 7, 2008 This corked, which was marked 12/06, and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy with floating yeast chunks softly carbonated deep orange colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was mild soft malts and mild coriander. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a distinct Belgian Strong Ale flavor. The flavor contained notes of coriander Salz hops? and vinous malt. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Sep 21, 2005 First of all, a big thanks to my aunt who sampled me this beer. Pours out in a really lively yellow appearence with a rocky white head. Sparkling, leafy flavours of honey, banana, herbs and vanilla. Finishes long. Fruits of apricots, banana and peaches is dominating. Surpringly well balanced bittersweet aftertaste. All in all, a nice beer.

Golden, big white foam. Sweet aroma of honey with strong notes of pepper and leaves. Peppery flavour of honey and green hops. Quite bitter leafy aftertaste.
