An interesting beer. Pours to a cloudy orange yellow, full of suspended yeast, and a thick white head that dissipates quickly to akay lacing. Aroma and flavor are a wild mix of citrus fruit, cotton candy and bubblegum, with a smooth, yet short finish. For 10% alcohol, I never noticed any of it in either the nose or taste, but did provide a slight kick after finishing. Definitely different, but not bad.

Bottle. Pours clear light gold with an insane amount of head. Thick, fluffy white clouds that leave plenty of lace. Spice, fruit, lemon aroma. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Sweet peach and toffee taste, with an alcohol-dry and spicy finish. A trace of pepper and just a little bitter on the exit.

Bottled Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, dark fruits, and caramel. Flavor is very smooth and clean for a 10%. Finishes dry and crisp. A very good belgian strong.

Bottle. Light yellow color with a white head. Very light aroma of hops and citrus fruit coming through. Citrus malt flavors that are balanced well with sweetness, alcohol, and pepper spice. A decent brew.

strong carbonation with a golden triple like appearance. flavor has a sweet tangyness to it that finshes with a spicy alcoholic character. the final taste is a little dry and takes away from the overall experience because it lacks the depth. a good strong ale, but not top of the line

[1152-20080301] Bottle. Peppery lemony yeast wheat aroma is sweet. Clear, bright yellow body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Sweet vegetable wheat flavour has some grass, banana and sweet spice. Medium body is a little peppery. Interesting, quite fair.

750 ml bottle. A cloudy light amber, deep golden beer with a huge and persistent white head. The aroma is nicely hoppy and malty with notes of pepper, citric fruits, grass and some fruitiness. Quite complex and lightly alcoholic aroma. The flavour is very sweet but harmonious, with a peppery spiciness and again citric fruits. There is also a light acidity. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with medium bitterness and not much alcohol. Nice and very drinkable for its strenght and at the same time enough warming.
