Apr 14, 2008 Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to skim surface. Candi and malt aromas. Bottle had a lot of carbonation, but beer is not overly so. Sweet malts upfront with a dry pepper finish.

Sep 17, 2007 Bottle. (As Millenium 2000). [vintage 1999]. Bought @ Kulminator, Antwerp.
Hazy orange with loads of small particulates. Head is light bubbly and thin. Aroma is sweet malty, a little port, light vinious. Extremely oily and low carbonation. Flavour is sweet, sticky, caramel, very vinious and warms all the way down. Light spicy finish. Great to try this aged.

Aug 25, 2007 Updated: Nov 25, 2007Appearance: Pours a hazy blonde body with a huge, long-lasting white head.
Smell: The bright aroma is flowery and certianly lemony, but there’s also a pleasant yeastiness to it.
Taste: Initially, a sweet pilsner malt taste with a light, honeylike sweetness and notes of zesty lemon and apricots. Only very minor hints of banana and apple. A nice hit of spicy, peppery hops along with a hint of ginger in the finish. Lemony, hoppy aftertaste. Oh, and with each sip, the beer grows evermore spicy and warming.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. Nicely warming.
Drinkability: For a 10% abv brew, this beer goes down exceptionally easy. Especially in the middle of August.

Sep 29, 2007 Bottle @ T’Brugs Beertje in Bruggs. Liked this one a lot. poured into a Malheur long stem glass, Hoppy nose, big fluffy head, yeasty, cloudy. 10% well hidden. Nice dry finish. well done

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle at Monks Cafe. Poured a cloud blond color with a small white head. Was obvious from the first sniff that this beer was very well carbonated, almost champagne like.Interesting hop nose and flavor. Seemingly light but with some nice notes and a nice dry finish/

May 30, 2008 Very active on opening, thick head. appears cloudy with nice orange color. Taste fruity and citrus, I’m thinking orange because of the bottle color. For a strong beer not much alcohol flavor.
