Bottle at Monks Cafe. Poured a cloud blond color with a small white head. Was obvious from the first sniff that this beer was very well carbonated, almost champagne like.Interesting hop nose and flavor. Seemingly light but with some nice notes and a nice dry finish/

Cloudy golden yellow color harboring some orange hints with a tall white head. Serious scent of yeast on the nose. Rich flavor of yeast, honey, spice and alcohol. Actually a bit, hot on the end. Not bad.

Bottle. The light smell of yeast, a little bit sweet, a rather light aroma for a beer with 10 % ABV. It has a rather small white creamy head with a normal duration. The body is cloudy and orange. The first taste is light bitter, then it gets a little bit more sour and fruity with a quite long duration. The body is medium, dry and fizzy with a lot of carbonation. That’s a nice Malheur...

11.2 ounce bottle from Market Street Wine Shop Uptown Charlottesville, VA. Best by 03.10.09. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium fizzy head. Average head retention and lacing. Fruity and syrupy aroma with pear, peach and hop notes. Taste is strong candi sugar and cotton candy. Some spice and fruity notes as well. Alcohol warmth in the finish. Full bodied and slightly chewy.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a huge long lasting white head. The aroma is fruity. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a light bitter finish from the hops.
