Despite the appearance I like the beer! It’s heavy stuff! luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA

Beer is clear, dark brown. Head is initially large, off-white, frothy. Quickly and totally disappears.
The aroma is malty with heavy notes of roasted grain, sugary caramel, lesser notes of biscuit and raw sugar; Light/moderately yeasty basement note; Light notes of floral/herbal hop, iced tea, light note of tea; Moderate hot and spicy alcohol note.
The flavor is heavily sweet, lightly/moderately bitter, lightly acidic with a long, moderately sweet, lightly/moderately bitter finish.
The body is full, the texture is syrupy and the carbonation is average. frylock (1024), Buffalo, New York, USA
