Bottle. Hazy, light gold body. below a fizzy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of lemon. toasted grain, flowers, borwn sugar and slight viengary aroma. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter and lightly to moderaely acidic. Tart. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The aroma is better than the flavor which is watery bitterness, but there is not a lot to draw attention to itself in either. Still, not a drain pour. Just OK.

Rotten Apple tasting. Gold with a white head. A light and fruity aroma with some malt. Flavor is sweet fruit with a pleasant spice. A nice soft zest. This is so easy to drink and feels smooth in the mouth. Enjoyable and sessionable.

Best by date on bottle is 4/11/2005. Pours golden orange with a snow white head. The aroma is very yeasty, rich malt shows through, but its also definitely showing its age. There is an odd fruitiness and some dried bananas. Medium body with fairly soft carbonation. The flavor starts like the aroma, but on the dry side with quite a bit of phenolic spice. The finish has a lot of the fruitiness and sour traits. For the age this was pretty decent.

The aroma was rich with honey, dark fermented fruit and caramel/molasses notes. The beer poured a cloudy golden copper color with a lot of sediment and thin lasting head. The flavor was slightly yeasty and nice malt notes. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation.

Golden with very much sediment and a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma is fruity with notes of yeast, and the same goes for the flavour, that also has sweetness and a light citrussy bitternes and is a bit dry.

Bottle. Unclear, pale golden body, with a white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with some hops and pale malt. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side, spiced and fruity, and finishing sweet and spiced. A bit too thin body, but I like it. I could easily down a few of these. (070914)

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with heavy protein particles and a small off-white head. Aroma of fruitiness, florals, and candish. Flavor of fruit (somewhat funky), light dustiness, and candish with a dry finish.
