<i> Cask at Smithfest, Derby, 08-09-07 </i> Poured a warm golden colour, with little head to speak of, and with some hops on an otherwise quite blunt nose. Initial taste was a sweeping bitterness with underlying sweetness, a very good beer to kick off with, uncomplicated and quite refreshing.

<i>Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. </i> Clear golden. Resiny, flowery hop aroma. Medium sweet, lightly fruity and medium bodied. Drying out towards a very bitter finish. A bit rough, but with enough character to spark a bir of interest, even at a festival.
