[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A light yellow beer with a small disappearing white head. The aroma is sour hoppy - as if it hasn’t finished fermenting. The flavor is dry hoppy on a sour background and with a dry boring end. The body is thin.

Cask at Fellows Morton Clayton, Nottingham. Light gold body withsolid white creamy head. Flowery nose and teste. Restrained hops give a gentle flavour and a creamy palate. Bitter sneaks into the short fry finish. Another quality ale from Mallard.

Bottle conditioned. Straw gold, almost lemony with slight haze, excellent soft fluffy white head and low condition. Initial sulphur aroma mingles with fruity citrus hops. Sweet fruity hop dominate the mouth, which is soft and delicate with a slight peppery spiciness.Finish is short, chalky, hoppy and vaguely apple tinged.
