Commercial Description: Cask; Regular. Also avaiable bottle conditioned. A pale full malt beer, hoppy with a hint of blackcurrant flavour. Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, crystal malt, light muscovado sugar. Challenger & Liberty hops. Dry hopped with Liberty. OG 1048.
Bottle conditioned. Amber gold with a faint haze, excellent rocky white head and moderate condition. Good hoppy aroma, some yeastiness and a low sulphur eggyness. Good sweet malt tempered with hop flavour in the mouth, quite full bodied. Sweet finish with a delicate yeastiness that never becomes obtrusive, some hop bitterness.
