Sweet, bready, metalic taste. Harsh bitter and dry roasted aftertaste. Malty sweet and metallic taste. Mostly metallic scent. Moussy mouthfeel, low to medium bitterness.<br />5/4/5/3/11=2.8

Jan 2, 2009 On tap @ EBF 2008 as Dark Diamond. Amber body with a big, foamy off-white head. Aroma is weak malty wit a hint of fruit. Flavor is light, mild roasted malt. Thin body and short finish. Quite ordinary.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [130908]

Nov 29, 2008 On tap at the European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. (as Dark Diamond) A golden beer with a nice off-white head. Weak, grainy aroma with some fruityness. Boring flavor with grains and fruit. Thin body and a fruity finish with pinecones and citrus. A weak and boring beer failing to get me to want more. (080912)
