Pours dark brown with a small head. Malty, sweetish taste. Some grassy hops with tangled bitterness. Aftertaste has a hint of toffee and coffee. The body is too watery, could be stronger and more bready.

Jan 2, 2009 On tap @ EBF 2008 as Dark Diamond. Amber body with a big, foamy off-white head. Aroma is weak malty wit a hint of fruit. Flavor is light, mild roasted malt. Thin body and short finish. Quite ordinary.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [130908]

Nov 29, 2008 On tap at the European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. (as Dark Diamond) A golden beer with a nice off-white head. Weak, grainy aroma with some fruityness. Boring flavor with grains and fruit. Thin body and a fruity finish with pinecones and citrus. A weak and boring beer failing to get me to want more. (080912)
