Pours dark brown with a small head. Malty, sweetish taste. Some grassy hops with tangled bitterness. Aftertaste has a hint of toffee and coffee. The body is too watery, could be stronger and more bready.

On tap @ EBF 2008 as Dark Diamond. Amber body with a big, foamy off-white head. Aroma is weak malty wit a hint of fruit. Flavor is light, mild roasted malt. Thin body and short finish. Quite ordinary.

Can. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor.

On tap at the European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. (as Dark Diamond) A golden beer with a nice off-white head. Weak, grainy aroma with some fruityness. Boring flavor with grains and fruit. Thin body and a fruity finish with pinecones and citrus. A weak and boring beer failing to get me to want more. (080912)
