4 ounce sample at brewery. Sweet, sugary aroma with hints of anise in this bock with some mild roasty notes in the nose. Amber color thats transparent and a twinge of ruby with an off-yellow head. Sweet, malty start turning chewy and roasty to finish. Nice roastiness in this beer. Good work.
