[on tap] Mostly cloves and coriander spices in the aroma with some banana and detectable hops. Cloudy brown-yellow with a lacy, lasting, thick white cover. Refreshing flavour of well balanced clove and banana with only a touch of bubblegum. Very low bitterness but good carbonation to offset a moderate sweetness. Light to medium body, slightly bitter finish.

Bottle from Uncle Sudsy’s. Mild banana esters, with some wheat and light orange peels. Sweet with only a little bit of hop character. Cloudy medium amber-gold, with pillowy off-white lacing head. Medium-light body, with medium carbonation. Starts with good bit of wheat flavor, a little acid malt, and some nice banana character. Overall, a bit watery, leaving you with a dull citrus and papery hop tang at the finish. Decent enough, but nowhere near the top of Hefeweizens.

Color is orange and cloudy. Rich, foamy head. Wheaty and fruity aroma. Nice carbonation, very smooth, delicious taste laced with hints of banana and wheat. I will definitely go for this weissbier again.
