Jun 25, 2008 Very dark beer with a beige head that seems to remain for ever. A lot of sweet malty aromas. The same in the taste. No sourness of burned malts at all. Also no signs of any bitterness. Full bodied and sticky mouthfeel.

Dark ruby brown, small beige head. Barnyardish, lightly chocolaty aroma. Medium-bodied. Reasonably clean coffeish and roasted flavor, although there is some barnyardish notes. Smooth palate. Harmless but also a bit characterless. For being Italian, it is ok.

Dec 29, 2007 Bottled (thanks Marianne & Susanne!!). Deep ruby red (close to black) colour,, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is malts, mild roast and some mild notes of vegetables. Flavour is mildly roasted malts, some caramel and cooked vegetables.

Mar 8, 2006 An unclear brown beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with a slight acidic tinge. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of chocolate, leading to a slightly burnt aftertaste.
