Cask, Seasonal;
A single hop variety, golden in colour with a crisp fruity flavour. Mr Phoebus was the name of Sir Edward Elgar’s first bicycle – a Royal Sunbeam, which he purchased in August 1900. Much of Elgar’s music was inspired as he rode his bicycle around the Malvern countryside.

Cask Stillage from the Marquee at Bromsgrove Rugby Club 14/07/2007 Floral aroma. Golden coloured and hoppy with some alcohol present. Crisp and bitter slightly dry finish.
