Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 10, 2008 Barrel. A light yellow perry with no head. The aroma is strong of pears. The flavor is sweet to start off - but soon after a strong acidity hits the tastebuds, ofcourse combined with strong notes of pears, leading to a slightly dry finish. ChristianScheffel (2059), Odense, Denmark Sep 28, 2007 Colourless lemonade colour with no head. Pear, alcohol and fruit vodka in the aroma. Fruity sweet flavour with a sudden acid attack. fonefan (4328), Ulfborg, Denmark Sep 7, 2007 From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light perry and sour. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. harrisoni (5106), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 17, 2007 Barrel at GBBF 2007. Silver, green gold colour, typical of perry. Very perryish aroma, a little bit of vinegar on aroma, but it settles down. Some goodish fruit but lacks a little on teh finish. Some nail polish remover.
