Malvern Magic New Meadow Perry

Barrel. A light yellow perry with no head. The aroma is strong of pears. The flavor is sweet to start off - but soon after a strong acidity hits the tastebuds, ofcourse combined with strong notes of pears, leading to a slightly dry finish.

Colourless lemonade colour with no head. Pear, alcohol and fruit vodka in the aroma. Fruity sweet flavour with a sudden acid attack.

From barrel @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light perry and sour. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Barrel at GBBF 2007. Silver, green gold colour, typical of perry. Very perryish aroma, a little bit of vinegar on aroma, but it settles down. Some goodish fruit but lacks a little on teh finish. Some nail polish remover.
