| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Found this one bottled in Lombard, Illinois. Poured a light golden color, very clear and very bubbly, with a bubbly white head. Sour nose of lime and pine cleaner, somewhat dry with a watery finish. Like all pale lagers, this one is perfectly drinkable and completely unmemorable. goldtwins (4080), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 25, 2006 Poured a clear pale gold with effervescent bubbles and a thin white head. Very grainy aroma. Swwet, tart and malty. Malty and clean. Not terribly offensive. Very short flavor. Thin body finishes watery. CaptainCougar (5458), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 24, 2006 Pours a clear, lightly effervescent golden with a nicely-lacing, thin white head. Dry, hay and grassy aroma with a touch of grainy malt and rice. Body starts with a little biting carbonation and not much else. A hint of bittersweetness, but overall very bland and uninteresting. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 9, 2006 Well let’s see if this can come close to the Commercial Description. Light straw color with a taller near foamy egg-white looking head. Light pale malt and a touch of floral hops, with a hint of chalk. The more this warms the more sickeningly sweet this smells with a stale honey sort od scent. A heavy pale lager flavor mixed with a touch of cheap vodka comes to mind after the first swizzle. Big bubbled carbonation hits the tongue and disrupts the feel. Lots of "cheap" sweetness going on. Some light sorghum, corn syrup and wild honey flavors. Maybe its the fact that virgin malt is sooo sweet. I need to stop while I’m ahead. steview (901), Los Angeles, California, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 18, 2005 I’ll share the commercial description so that it may be enjoyed by more than me: Crisp clear and refreshing, Karma beer is made from the virgin malt and German hops in pristine spring water of Himalayan divinity. This pale lager is a divinely pale yellow with a thin, sustained creamy head. The aroma is slightly skunked, although some sweet malt and herbal hops eke their way out. Very soft in the mouth, one could forget that it was there at all was it not for the inspired flavor - that being - a grassy sweetness with some earthy bitterness. Not too bad, but I’m happy to have only one bottle, albeit a large one.
