Commercial Description:
This recipe was developed with the idea of an amber ale that has more hops and more malt. Light amber in color, this complex sipper is heavily dosed with Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops in the mash, kettle and fermentor. For the hop head in all of us, we say cheers. 8.2% ABV, 50 IBUs

On draft at Capones. Pours a deep caramel amber with a medium light beige head. Aroma of honey lemon, bitter hops, and light citrus. Taste of lemon honey tea with a hint of citrus peel.

Pours a thick cloudy amber with no head. Decent lacing. Floral aroma with some citrus and hops. Flavor of citrus, flowers, caramel, and hops. Sweet citrus with bitter hop finish. Mild for a double IPA, but a good sipping beer.

Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Hoppy citric floral aroma. The flavor has some sugary residual sweetness on top of a nice hit of hops. Not bad, but a bit on the sweet side.
