Non spiacevole, la migliore delle birre servite alla spina al birrificio, che abbiamo visitato sabato sera. Ha fin nell^aroma un sentore di luppolo piuttosto pronunciato, sembra più una pils che una helles; non pessima, bevibile.

<b>Bottle 75cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark</b><br />Light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic, and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (230808)

Bottle, courtesy of MissDolle. It pours a hazy, yellow-orange body with a small, dense white head on top. Citrus, fruit and some milkyness in the aroma. Sort of suggesting infection. Quite citric, sourish and dusty in the mouth, with a lemony finish. Dry and thin. A refreshing beer that is sure infected. Wonder if it’s equally refreshing when it’s in good condition. (080823)
