Jun 30, 2004 Topped by a large creamy head, this ESB was a hazy amber with a heavily hopped nose. Light breadiness in flavor rounded out my a creamy mouthfeel. Strong English style malts are apparent. Hops rise sharply during the swallow. Excellent batch.

Feb 1, 2004 Glass at the brewpub. Sweet herbal-accented nose. On the tongue, sweet cherry turning rapidly tart, piney hops to finish, medium carbonation, just a bit thin.
