Dark brown/black in color with ruby highlights and a small light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor starts sweet,with roast and chocolate leading into a tangy finish.

On tap at brewpub. Deep brown in color with a little head. Malty, caramel aroma. Nutty. Chocolate and caramel notes. Roasty coffee like. Malty and hoppy flavor. Smooth and creamy tasting. Medium bodied. Nice. Drinkable.
