Alround rating: Wow hops my god, super fresh mindblowing hop character, someone has clearly just put as much fuggles in this as humany possible. The pine the subtle citrus hop resin, the malt character making sure its not too bitter, soo drinkable soo tasty, it comes close to rivaling brewers gold for shear awsome hop character and drinkability. MesandSim (4713), Highgate, Greater London, England Jan 26, 2008 A Mes rate: Cask at the Marble Arch Inn.
Perfect, totally clean gold colour with a head so white it looks like it has been bleached. Beautiful snowstorm on swilling. It could not be in better condition. Awesome aromatic citric hoppy stuff all round. Full of lemon, spruce, pine and the characteristic hit of Marble ginger. Stunning bitter finish with a very slight hint of malt underneath. Mouthfeel is close to perfect. A wonderfully balanced all day drinker. I couldn’t ask for much more. harrisoni (5605), Ashford, Kent, England Jun 3, 2008 Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Very pale gold, lasting white head. Just a lovely aroma. Very drinkable tangerine jam flavoured beer. Superb especially at this ABV. A real great session beer full of flavour. maeib (4141), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Aug 14, 2008 Cask conditioned - handpump - GBBF 2008. Fin (2570), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Jan 23, 2008 Cask at the Marble Arch Inn, Manchester 19-01-08 Pours a straw colour with stunning clarity, the hops rush out on the nose and this is a delightful hoppy fruity beer, yet another corker from Marble.
