chris_o (4405), London, Greater London, England Apr 16, 2008 Cask (handpump) at the Lass O Gowrie, Manchester. Amber, thin white head. Dry malt with touches of earthy hop. Standard UK bitter. Rastacouere (5258), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 25, 2007 A simple clear golden hue topped by a small, but lacy white head. Bready and almost toasty malt nature quickly take their leave in favour of the considerable spicy and flowery dryness. Low bitterness though, but a hoppy and fun, refreshing ale. Efficient and highly drinkable. Low on the carbonation and fresh tasting. jammin7jg (139), Withington, Manchester, England May 7, 2007 [CASK: The Lass-O-Gowry, Manchester 17/04/07] Not a bad brew easy drinking and fairly tasty. An ale that can be drunk all night.
