Rich chocolaty aroma. Dark smooth fruity and hoppy with a chocolaty slight roast finish.

May 12, 2007 Cask gravity at Reading BF 2007. I had this down as Marble Half Cut Mild at 4.0%. Ginger aroma. Fairly light in body, but it is definitely gingery. Light mild with ginger.

May 9, 2007 Gravity Cask @ Reading Beer Fesitval 07. Light flavours. Spicy some choc and coffee and grainy malts. Dry with some bitterness and slight tartness. I was unimpressed by this. I just had spice down in my notes but after the suggestion of ginger I could see that.

May 7, 2007 A Sim rate (cask at Reading BF): Very gingery and quite hoppy aroma. Similar flavour with slight liquorice. Really enjoyed this one.
