Cask in Marble, Manchester. My least-favourite of the marble beers. A buttery, toasty malt taste with some dry hoppiness - but not much.

Organics has little to do with this ’cover’ version of what Boddies USED to taste like. The brewer does a fine job of this session ale, with intense hops, and perfect ’condition’. N/4 in the S/H (Southern Hemisphere) by any chance?? Pity....!!

Sampled cask conditioned at Marble Arch, Manchester.
Named after the northernmost, less touristic, quarter of the Manchester city centre. Golden colour. Sweet. Some flowery hoppiness. Mild finish. A well drinkable bitter, but rather bold.

This is an organic beer; amber, malt accent (crystal malt); toastiness; light body.
