Head is small, light brown, creamy; diminishing but mostly lasting.<P>The aroma is malty with light/moderate notes of roasted grain, cookie, lighter notes of chocolate, caramel, strong coffee; Hoppy with light notes of herb, resin/pine; Yeasty with a light note of dough; Light miscellaneous note of smoky peat.<P>The flavor is moderately/heavily sweet, trace/lightly acidic, lightly bitter with an average-length, lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Peaty rets.<P>The body is light, the texture is watery/velvety and the carbonation is average.<P>Nice sample.
