(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as "Marble Organic Ginger". Almost clear amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Distinct ginger aroma. Medium body with a subdued malt feel but with very fresh and acidic citrus notes and again distinct biting and peppery ginger accents. Subdued bitterness. Quite refreshing. 300308

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy ginger, pepper, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter / pepper / gingery with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300308)

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Courtesy of Fonefan/Brugmansia. Bottle. Dark golden with a nice, creamy and lasting head. The aroma of ginger is present the moment the bottle is opened, but after pouring I also find notes of citrus and malt. The flavour has some citrus and a lot of ginger, that grows stronger and stronger and ends with a nice pepper burn. Normally I’m not happy about ginger beers, and I still am not, but this one is different and quite pure, and I like the pepper burn!

Hazy amber beer with a big white head. Strong ginger aroma with just a little citrus. The flavour is slightly acidic, and dominated by ginger, finishing quite hot. I like ginger, and the ginger in this is used excellently. It’s just that I don’t get much beer character out of it.
