Jun 6, 2006 Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Deep chestnut colour. Unusual flavours. Vinous fruits, blackberry, cherry, strawberry fruits plus hay on the aroma. Juicy fruit in mouth. Sharp fruit/dusty hop finish. Not what I was expecting. Bizarre but nice but not sure it quite works.

Apr 27, 2006 Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Amber, maybe even a dark ruby, with a small frothy head. Oaky, and quite a strong bread aroma I thought. Good bitter but not quite to my taste.

Apr 25, 2006 Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Errr amber colored, right... Spotted, thin, cream head. Intriguing aroma - some sweetness, wood and hop. Nice hops to begin, coupled with some sweetness. Then dries out to finish, but with a bit of oaky hops that verge on p*ss. But, stays pleasant. A nice Bitter boyeeeeeeeeee.
