Draft at brewpub pours yellow-gold, bright and clear. Faint grainy nose. Flavor is pretty clean with moderate bitterness and grassy undertones. Refreshing, but not much really going on here.

[on tap at brewpub] Typical pils hops aroma plus some fresh apple juice and accents of caramel and pine. Cloudy light gold with a quickly dropping, bubbly top. Smooth with a generous portion of sweet malt and gentle hops. Low bitterness and quite a bit of honey. Medium body, moderate cabonation, a little sweet in the finish.

(6/20/08) Draught at the brewpub in Berlin. Hazy straw color with a small, quickly-diminishing, white head. Aroma has hops and light graininess. A pretty dry flavor with nice hoppiness. Light to medium body. Not bad.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Spiced and butterish aroma. Butterish and light fruity flavour. Mild bitterness and vague caramel malt note.

(Draught at the brewpub)<br />On June 5, 2008<br />Shady straw color, white head. Slight acidic, metallic, some green apples, sweet scent. Herbal hoppy and malty sweet taste. Medium to spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
