[on tap at brewpub] Fresh hops aroma together with dark malt bubblegum and scotch tape. Dark, reddish brown that is almost clear with a lasting tan foam. Drier beer than this brewer’s Pils. Fresh hops flavour behind dark malt coffee. Toasty with a touch of dried fruit and walnut. Good balance with moderate bitterness. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, clean finish.
