Bottle at home. Orangy colour. Another fantastic Maredsous. Punchy nose. Limey flavour. Smooth kick. Subtle but definitive. Very good. Enjoying it.

On draught. I really enjoyed my half pint of this. A nice malty ale with hints of honey sweetness. Some apples in there. Light, fresh tasting and easy to drink. Lovely golden hue. Has a long dry finish.

Certainly looks the part. Vivid bronze pour topped generously with rocky white suds. Candyish-metallic vapours, not to mention a pronounced woodiness. Smells like it’s been around. Superbly dry, aromatically boozy ’Blonde’ with a fine malt-hop balance. Sour, bitter and bready. A quenchingly dry finish backed up with some candyish, breadily malty afters. Complex and moreishly drinkable for a Belgian Blonde, considering how many are drenched with coriander sweetness.

75 cl bottle. Golden colour with a nice white head. Nice soft aroma of yeast, wheat, spices and little fruitness too. Nice high carbonated mouthfeel, with flavour of mild malt combined with yeast and spices in a soft and sweet harmonie. Ends up soft and very little dry.

Bottled(330ml). -Orange/golden coloured, firm white head, flowery nose. Aroma is malty and grassy with some clover honey notes that I didn’t like too much. Sweetish dry finish.

Golden amber color, thick frothy off-white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma, some light spiciness. Flavors of fresh apples, pears, yeast, sweet malts, spices (coriander, nutmeg), and bitter hops. Initally sticky and slightly syrupy mouthfeel, but gives way to a dry, hoppy, somewhat bitter finish. Pretty good stuff.

Blonde - amber coloured beer with a nice head. The taste is slightly bitter, with some sourness from the carbonation. A sweet and fruity aroma. (Bottle 33cl)
