33CL stubby bottle. Cloudy, dirty gold with a thin white head. Yeasty fruit nose, light spice. Flavor is more of the same. Eh.

Poured from the bottle at Hideaway Bar in Wimbledon (London), a clear amber with a large pillowy white head and some carbonation. A yeasty aroma with soft berry notes. A light mouthfeel, berry fruit flavours that give way to stronger spiced flavours in the finish.

Bottle, 33 cl. Amber, thick white head. Belgian yeast nose, taste is sweet, malty and more yeasts. Mouthfeel is a little thin, especially in finish. Very agreeable, but nothing too exciting.

Bottle, Pub Italia. Hazy brownish orange, thick medium bubbly head. Strong spicy aroma, lots of yeast and dust - very nice! Decent taste: dusty, spicy, malt - a dark blonde? Quite nice overall actually - this one snuck up on me as and surprised me with its quality.

golden to light orange coloured with some ligth carbonation and an average white head. Fruity malty aroma, litte citrus in it and some herby notes. Full body, little sweeter. The finish is little sweet-bitter with again some herbs in it with a shorter ending. Not bad!

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue). Deep golden. A fairly interesting light belgian with slight fruitiness some sweetness and peppery hops. This does have hints of a stronger brew not through overt alcohol just the overall impression. Whether this is anything to do with the beer itself or the ingrained attitude from years of drinking beer in British pubs which sees 5% as strong and anything much above 5.5% as rocket fuel. Never mind that its only 330ml of a 6% which out to a pint of a session strength beer many would see this as a bit strong for them.

Bu au Pub Italia (33 cl). Couleur orange légé, moyen collet. Arome de malte plaisant et un mélange de caramel et de floral. Goût très doux, bon mélange malte et de levure.
