Slightly hazy, golden color with nice creamy, white head. Medium sweet aroma with vanilla, pear and some spices. The flavor is much more dry what you’d expect, almost salty dry, but i enjoyed it. If you like sweet belgian blonds like Leffe you’ll be disappointed.

Bottle. It’s a golden orange colour with a healthy, frothy white head. Bubbles rise steadily to the surface in a tall Belgian goblet. Lacing on the glass is fairly thick behind a long lasting foam. The aroma is quite spicy with pepper, apple, yeast and orange zest. The mouthfeel is chewy and medium in body. There is more spiciness in the flavour, plenty of sharp citrus especially lime, some dry grain leading to a hint of raisin and more sweet citrus in the finish.

Pours hazy orange with a 2-3 finger, chunky, eggshell head that has excellent retetion and leaves really nice lacing. Aroma is raw yeast, pepper, spice, light caramel, sweet grass and citrus. Flavor is sweet yeasty white bread, citrus, grass, light pepper, light ginger, a little yellow apple and just a hint of minerally wet limestone with some nice dry, fruit and spice notes to the finish. Palate is medium bodied, fairly dry throughout, with a medium soft feeling carbonation and a bit of stickiness on the lips. Really nice stuff, I wasn’t expecting to be wowed, but I really liked it.

Pours a hazy bright gold with a profuse billowing eggshell white head. The nose shows black pepper, lemongrass, some yeasty funk, fruity esters. Palate is mildly spicy, fruity, some citrus rind bitterness, mild earthy funk. Palate is spicy with a mild bitterness.

Ehhh, nothing spectacular nor disgusting. Spicy w/ a very dry palate. To dry if you ask me. Something about a blonde needs to refreshing and a dry palate doesn’t do that. Does present great though. Little fruity flavor but very little.

Bottle. Clear yellow with large white head. Fresh, yeast, sweet. Very mild bitterness. Some spices but rather low key overall. Ok, blond but maybe a bit boring.

Surprisingly good considering how light it is. Not a 10, but it’s drinkable.
