| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 20, 2009 11.2 oz bottle, BB 05/2011. Poured bright, lighter orange with a nice cap of white head. The aroma was light and pleasant with coriander and light fruits over a bready malt base.. fresh and well-balanced. The flavor had bready and pale malts at the core with a faint hint of honeysuckle.. peppery yeast was much more prevalent than indicated on the nose.. also picked up floral, grassy, and citrus bitterness.. balance was alright, but it was a bit sharp in its transition to the edges. Light-medium bodied with ideal carbonation on the palate.. overall quite refreshing. jeremytoni (1110), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2009 750 ml bottle. A cloudy dark golden beer with a huge, creamy and persistent white head. The aroma has a medium maltiness and hoppiness, with notes of dried fruits, some bread, grass and citric fruits. The flavour has a medium sweetness, a light acidity and bitterness. Well balanced. Medium body, lively carbonation, not a very long finish with medium bitterness, lightly alcoholic. A good beer, maybe a bit light in body and not too complex, but quenching and refreshing. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 3, 2009 750ml from Sam’s, Durham. Pour is darker than you’d expect for a blond, with a pale amber quality to it and some lively carbonation (the kind with surprisingly large bubbles and a prickly head). Nose is sweet and yeasty, with soft fruits and bready notes. Mouthfeel is a tad on the thin side, but the flavor is fresh and ripe with some pleasing dry notes on the finish. larryLSB (162), La Selva Beach, California, USA

Nose of subtle fruitts, mostly bananas and yeast. Sweet to the taste, but not too sweet, with a nice dry finish. Very good.
